Helen is survived by her daughters, Lisa Jackson,Teeta Owens, Tammy Bullard, and Adrienne Vines, grandchildren, family, relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary in Oceanside, California.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 11:00am at Second Missionary Baptist Church in Oceanside, California.
Mrs. Shannon's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
