He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Blankenship, children, Vickie Roberts, Rickey Blankenship, Dreama McNatt, James Blankenship Jr., Ian Blankenship, and Trina Kelly, twelve grandchildren, 1 great-granchild, relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 9, 2014 from 4pm to 8pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary in Oceanside, California.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 10am at Eternal Hills Memorial Chapel in Oceanside, California.
Mr. Blankenship's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
