

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of James Tadeo, a loving and loyal husband, devoted father, cherished grandfather, and steadfast follower of God, who left us on October 24, 2024, at the age of 71.
James was born on May 6, 1953, in the Philippines, and he dedicated his life to his family and faith. He married his beloved wife, Mercedes, in 1982, and together they created a nurturing home for their children. As a dedicated provider, James worked tirelessly to ensure his family had everything they needed, always prioritizing their happiness and well-being.
Not only was James an exceptional husband and father, but he was also a loving brother and brother-in-law. He shared a special bond with his siblings, offering support and encouragement throughout their lives. As a grandfather, he was truly one of a kind, showering his grandchildren with love, wisdom, and countless joyful memories.
Professionally, James was known for his diligence and dedication, approaching every task with integrity. He valued the friendships formed along the way, becoming the best friend anyone could ask for—a source of laughter, support, and unwavering loyalty.
As a devoted father-in-law, James treated his children's spouses as his own, fostering warm relationships with all his in-laws. His kindness and acceptance made him a beloved figure in the extended family.
A faithful servant of God, James lived his life guided by his beliefs and values. He was a proud member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC), sharing his faith and compassion with others, and inspiring those around him through his actions and words.
In his spare time, James enjoyed fishing, building things, and shopping—simple pleasures that brought him joy.
James is survived by his loving wife, Mercedes, their children: Joyce, Mark, Leizl, and Ralph; and grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Viewing will be held on November 15, 2024, from 4 PM to 8 PM at Eternal Hills Memorial Park.
A graveside service will take place on November 16, 2024, at Eternal Hills Memorial Park, 1999 El Camino Real, Oceanside, California 92054, followed by a repast inside the Eternal Hills hall.
James’s spirit will live on in the hearts of his loved ones, and his legacy of love, faith, and devotion will never be forgotten.
