He is survived by his wife, Margaret Gillen, son, Paul Gillen, daughter-in-law, Christina Gillen, family, relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 9:30am followed by a funeral mass at 10:30am at St. Thomas Moore in Oceanside, California.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary, and Crematory, Oceanside, California.
