Johnnie Lee

Mr. Johnnie Lee, 54, of Carlsbad California passed away peacefully on June 29, 2020. He is survived by his wife of 19 years Keying Yuan and his sons Daniel and William. Johnnie was born in the Republic of Honduras and grew up in Miami, Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Florida.

Johnnie was a beloved husband and father who cherished time with his family. On a daily basis he was active helping with meal preparation and homework. He spent countless hours at swim meets, boy scout events, and theatrical performances. The Lee family also enjoyed traveling, and their adventures took them to Alaska, Canada, and several countries in Europe. Their most recent trip was to London, England where they spent lots of time exploring Medieval castles. Johnnie was also an avid sports fan and supported the Florida Gators, Miami Dolphins, and Los Angeles Dodgers. Johnnie was a lifelong reader and loved to read murder mysteries.

Over the course of his 30-year career, Johnnie worked in a variety of consulting roles implementing IT solutions to improve business processes in a variety of companies and industries. His work allowed him to travel and live in many states around the country.

There will be a private interment of ashes on July 17, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Carlsbad, CA.
