It is with a heavy heart that I remember Aunt Josie. How can I say enough about her? She was not only my beloved Aunt but also a true friend. She was always good to me and made me feel loved. Aunt Josie possesed a quick wit, great sense of humor, and enough euphemisms to span the globe! She was also a fantastic cook whose recipes I'll keep trying to duplicate.  Who doesn't love "Pork Chops Josie?"  My prayers are with all of my cousins during this time of loss.  I'll miss my Aunt but take comfort in the knowledge I'll see her again in heaven someday. Dear Josie was truly the most beautiful and loving lady, wife, mother and friend that I have ever known. She was my own mother's best friend and always loved visiting and shopping with her. Josie had so much giving love for her family and extended this to many other people as well. It was an honor to know her. All of our family loved her since the 1960's. A true icon has gone to be with her wonderful husband, my parents and others in her heavenly home
