Juanita Lee Jensen, our beloved “Nanny,” passed away peacefully at home on March 24, 2026, at the age of 97. Born in Tennessee, she was a woman of remarkable kindness and strength who loved her family unconditionally.
The cherished matriarch of four generations, Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, James, and her son, Jerry and granddaughter, Joanne.
She leaves behind her son, David. Her grandchildren, Shar, Robert, Amanda, Matthew, and Jennifer; and her great-grandchildren, Eliciana, Christopher, Anthony, Andrew, Jessika, Ethan, Riley, Michelle, and Ashley.
Her legacy of love and grace will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A Funeral Service will be held at Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary and Crematory, 1999 El Camino Real, Oceanside, CA 92054, US, on April 11, 2026, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. A Committal Service will follow at Eternal Hills Memorial Park, 1999 El Camino Real, Oceanside, CA 92054, US, on April 11, 2026, from 10:45 am to 11:15 am.
A Reception Following Committal will take place at Eternal Hills Mortuary Pacific Room, 1999 El Camino Real, Oceanside, California 92054.
