Louise Harpe McMillen was born on April 21, 1928 in Elkin, North Carolina. She entered into rest on August 18, 2019 in Oceanside, California.
She is survived by her husband, James McMillen, family, relatives, and friends.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 from 9:15-9:45am followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00am at Faith Lutheran Church in Vista, California.
