Miguel Angel Padilla was born July 21st 1992 at Palomar Hospital in Escondido CA at just shy of 10lbs he was a perfect healthy baby boy (poor mom ). As a child he attended school at Felecita Elementary school and Rock Springs Elementary School. Miguel loved to draw and read books, at one point he even "needed" glasses but were pretty sure he only wanted them because Harry Potter was popular at the time. He then moved to junior high at Rincon Middle School where he began his skating and bmx journey. Miguel loved to skate and ride his bike and his love for active sports developed even further when he began his high school career. Throughout high school he really took to bmx riding. He was daring and wanted to learn all sorts of tricks and even removed the breaks from his bike because they interfered with his tricks...dad wasn't too happy about that. Another hobby Miguel had a passion for was fishing. From the time he could pick up a fishing pole he was taking fishing trips with his dad and went from fishing on a peaceful lake to fishing in the mighty ocean. When Miguel was of age he could not wait to get behind the wheel of a car. He was a gear head like his brother and father. He wanted to drive so badly and took every opportunity to learn and practice. He soon was able to buy the car he wanted and off he went always cruising around with his friends pursuing his dream of being a race car driver one day. He even got a job working at a local garage where he learned from experienced technicians but also mentored new technicians. His life became a wild ride when he began riding motorcycles. He loved them so much that he even built one from the ground up even though mom and dad were not very happy about it. Miguel was a free spirit and appreciated nature in all forms. He loved the ocean the mountains the forests and all of their creatures. He had a great love and respect for all of gods creatures. He wanted to protect nature and all her children so much that he dedicated himself to becoming a firefighter. He joined the forestry fire service and risked his life to protect the homes of both people and animals. Miguel loved with everything he had and always gave 110% of himself to the task at hand. He was loved by all whom he touched. He changed the lives of so many people, he was a true friend, brother, cousin, nephew and son.He will always live on in our hearts and memory's, he will be our guardian angel and will always be there to pick us up when were feeling low and lend us strength when we are feeling weak. Let us honor Miguel's memory and legacy by living life to the fullest extent and being the best people that we can be.
