In Loving Memory of Rosemary Rincon Rosemary Rincon, née Rodriguez, passed away peacefully at home on April 1, 2026, just as she wished. She was born on December 4, 1947, in Oceanside, California, to Palamone and Ofelia Rodriguez. She remained deeply connected to the community where she was born and raised. Rosemary lived her life on her own terms—with strength, grace, and love—and she leaves behind a family shaped by her example and a legacy that will never fade. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Rincon Jr.; her daughter, Rosemary “Chatters” Rincon; her son, John Palamone “JP” Rincon; and her siblings: Benji Rodriguez, Alex Rodriguez, Johnny Rodriguez, Armando Rodriguez, Rebecca Rodriguez, Juanita “Jenny” Rodriguez, Patricia “Patsy” Rodriguez, Diana Rodriguez, and Anita Vargas. She is survived by her son, Christopher “Inky” Rincon and his wife Julie; her daughters, Melissa “Lily” Roxanne Rincon, Adriana Rincon, and Raquel Jansky and her husband Kurt; her twin brother, Mario Rodriguez; and her sister, Christina Sabel. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren—Chris, Benjamin, Lisa, Page, and Luke—who carry forward her strength and spirit. She spent part of her working life at Harry Singh’s tomato packing plant as a produce sorter, but her greatest work was in the home. Rosemary was a full-time mother, the heart of her family, and an exceptional cook whose meals brought everyone together. She was truly the matriarch—strong, steady, and deeply loving. Rosemary was known for her kindness, her thoughtfulness, and her unwavering dedication to her family. She believed in hard work, self-reliance, and living with dignity. She never asked for handouts, but she was always the first to offer help to anyone in need. She had a sharp mind for business, a strong sense of responsibility, and a pride that came from building her life through effort and love. “Mom, your love is the foundation we stand on, and we will carry you with us always.” ~ Christopher Rincon
