Walter proudly served in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman for 20 years. He was a family man with a great sense of humor and a love for music.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Mae; his children, Lyndon and April; and his granddaughter, Isabelle. He will be greatly missed by his family and loving friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2015 and Friday, April 10, 2105 from 4pm-8 with rosary's at 7pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel in Oceanside, California.
The funeral mass will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 11:30am in the Serra Center at Mission San Luis Rey Parish, 4070 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, California, 92057. The burial will take place immediately after the mass at his final resting place, Eternal Hills Memorial Park, 1999 El Camino Real, Oceanside, California 92054. (760) 754-6600
