Funeral Services for Jacqueline Mitchell, age 65 a resident of the Flackville Road IRA will be held on Wednesday (June 28, 2017) at 10:00am at the Fox & Murray Funeral Home with Rev. Rob Schirmer officiating. Calling hours will be held also at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9:00am until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Heuvelton.
Ms. Mitchell passed away on Friday morning (June 23, 2017) surrounded by her caregivers. She is survived by her special friend and advocate, Rachael Richards of Colton; many caregivers and former caregivers, and multiple friends.
Jacqueline was born on March 29, 1952 in Manhattan, a daughter of Andrew & Mary (Brame) Mitchell. She came to live at the Heuvelton facility in 2000, where she was an extremely happy person and enjoyed dressing up, listening to music, and being around others.
