Michael R Stowe

Mike was born on December 20, 1958, in Ogdensburg, NY. He is the son of Raymond and Patricia Stowe of Gouverneur; formerly Morristown.

Mike was a graduate of Morristown Central and following high school, went on to join the Air Force.

In January of 1978 Mike married the love of his life Lori and together they built a beautiful life and family.

Mike retired from the Ogdensburg Police Department in 2002, after 20 years of service. In his retirement Mike found himself enjoying a second career with Regan's Automotive.

All his life, Mike enjoyed hunting, fishing and trap shooting. But most importantly; Mike enjoyed a rich life full of family and laughter.

Along with his parents, Pat and Ray; Mike is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Lori; Daughter, Krystal and son-in-law, Ryan Hewer of Hannawa Falls; Daughter, Alexa and son-in-law, Benjamin Sobon of Ogdensburg; Brother, Randy Stowe of Ogdensburg and sister, Debbie Crosset of Evans Mills. Mike was also proudly anticipating the arrival of his first grandchild.

The family will be honoring Mike in private at this time and will not be holding services. However those who wish to honor Mike's memory may make a donation to the Potsdam Humane Society, The American Heart Association or The National Kidney Foundation.
