Ronald M. Middlemiss

Ron was born on August 25, 1965, in Potsdam, NY, to Melvin and Mary (Martin) Middlemiss. He was a graduate of Lisbon High School and worked at the ARC in Ogdensburg and Canton, where he made lasting friendships and contributed to the community.

Ron’s life was defined by his love for family. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and great-uncle, and he cherished spending time with his loved ones. He enjoyed simple pleasures, including coloring and watching TV, which brought him comfort and joy.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Middlemiss of Lisbon; a sister, Rita (LeRoy) Witt of Lisbon; nieces and nephews, Casey & Zach Gonzales, Shawn Durham, and Sandra Trazask; and great great-nephews, Alexander Trazask and Dylon Troy. He was predeceased by his father, Melvin, and his sister, Rebecca Gonzales.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, beginning with visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 12:00 PM at the Fox & Murray Funeral Home. Deacon Stewart Cota will officiate the service. Burial will take place in the spring at White Church Cemetery.
