Carol Ann Compton

Carol was born in Oklahoma City on February 18th, 1947 to parents Clevie Ray and Eddie Ann Goodrich and would go on to graduate from Northwest Classen High School.

Carol made a career in Insurance as an Underwriter, and would work for several different companies during her life. She had a passion for Native American Culture and supported her family in their Native American Heritage. She was a dedicated choir mom, and was also very active in her son’s sports activities. Carol loved her family, especially her grandkids, greatly enjoying getting together for family dinners. She also loved playing skipbo with her parents and friends, as well as country music.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Clevie Ray and Eddie Ann Goodrich; Grandkids, J.C. Compton and Tosha Compton.

She is survived by her sons, Jimmy Compton and wife Lauren, Robert Compton and wife Layla; Grandkids, Paul Compton, Blake Compton, Minke Compton, and Rita Compton; Brother, Jerry Goodrich and wife Becky; Nephew, Jeremy Goodrich and wife Tabitha; Niece, Micky Jo Goodrich; Great grandson, Marcus Compton.

A graveside service will be held for Carol on Wednesday, July 10th, 2024 at 10:00 am at Memorial Park Cemetery located at 13400 N. Kelley Ave in Oklahoma City.
