Geneva was born in Shamrock, Oklahoma on August 28, 1927 to parents John and Nellie Morton. She went on to attend college and made her career in accounting for TG&Y and TRS where she worked for 30 years.
Geneva was a lovely, smart woman. She loved her daughter and had a passion for traveling, playing bridge, and her “Coffee Ladies”. She was a member of First United Methodist Church Of Edmond, and will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.
Geneva is survived by her brothers, John Morton Jr. and wife Kay, Jack Morton and wife Claranna; Nieces and Nephews, Lou Jean Beckett and husband Al, Brenda Robinson and husband Lewis; John Morton III and wife Sherrie, Kimberly Freeman and husband Perry, Annelle Caldwell and husband David, Jack Morton Jr. and wife Colleen, and Laura Weathers and husband Ron; Great Nieces and Nephews, Cyndi Smith, Phil Beckett, Eric Beckett, Olivia Beckett, Matthew Caldwell, Jerimey Morton, Johnathan Morton, Joshua Morton, Lindsey Bushone, Gabriel Weathers, Jacob Weathers, Rachel Weathers, Derrick Morton, Kylee Morton; A host of other family members, and many friends.
