

Harold was a graduate of Putnam City High School and Oklahoma City University and earned his Master of Divinity degree at Southern Methodist University. He was a proud World War II veteran, having served in the Army Air Corps. A member of the 483rd Bombardment Group, Harold was a waist gunner on 35 missions and was awarded a Purple Heart.
Harold was a minister in the United Methodist Conference for over 42 years. He pastored churches throughout the state and served as the District Superintendent in Ada and Woodward. He received an honorary doctorate from OCU and served on their board of trustees.
Harold was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching and attending as many Thunder and OCU games as possible.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jo Russell. He is survived by his beloved wife of 68 years, Rose Marie Leveridge; children: Marc Leveridge & wife Kristi of Fort Wayne, IN, Jacque Fiegel & husband Chris of Oklahoma City, OK, and James Leveridge of Big Bear Lake, CA; grandchildren: Kristian Leveridge, Chelsea Patton & husband John, Nick Fiegel, Natalie Fiegel, Nathan Fiegel, Emily Leveridge, and Abby Leveridge; great-grandchildren: Cordell Patton, Jordyn Patton, and Cohen Leveridge; brother, Lloyd Leveridge; sister, Marilyn Mohr; and many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be noon to 8pm, Sunday, July 10, at Memorial Park Funeral Home with the family present to receive friends from 3pm to 5pm. Funeral services will be 2pm, Monday, July 11, at Quail Springs United Methodist Church in Oklahoma City with interment to follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Skyline Urban Ministries or Quail Springs United Methodist Church Building Fund.
