She was preceded in death by her husband, Chuck Newberry.
She is survived by son Wesley and wife Megan Newberry and their children Chaz, Cody, and Kayla; and daughter Stacey and husband Steve Blue and their children Chloe and Asher.
Karen is also survived by her best friend Laverne Beougher.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Thurs., Dec. 10 from 12-8 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Family will be in attendance from 4-6.
Also, join them for a celebration of life on Friday, Dec. 11 at 3pm at Memorial Park Historic Chapel.
Burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
