Kent Leroy Stevens

Born on November 29, 1939, in Goshen, Indiana, Kent was the beloved son of Leroy and Betty Stevens. He is predeceased by his father, Leroy Stevens; mother, Betty Crawford; brother, Craig Stevens; sister, Connie Wilson; and nephew, Steve Wilson.

Kent is survived by his devoted wife, Floy Beth Stevens, and his loving children: Scott Stevens and his wife Debra, and Jeffrey (Skip) Stevens and his wife Melissa. He was a proud grandfather to Matthew Stevens and his wife Emily, and Eric Stevens and his wife Carly. Kent’s extended family includes stepchildren Tami Johnson, Darin Willis and his wife Arina, as well as grandchildren Britney Willis, Sierra Willis, Cole Wilmoth, and several great-grandchildren.

Kent had a deep love for his family and cherished the time spent with them. An avid outdoorsman, he found great joy in deer hunting, a passion he pursued throughout his life. His home featured a room dedicated to his many trophy bucks, a testament to his skill and dedication to the sport. Kent also enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, such as listening to easy-listening music and watching classic movies on TV.

Kent’s warmth, humor, and love for life will be dearly missed by all who knew him. His legacy of love and cherished memories will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Kent at Memorial Park's Historic Cemetery Chapel, Oklahoma City, OK on January 4, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
