

Philip Wayne Leveritt, beloved father, partner, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2025, at the age of 74. Born on February 5, 1951, to Jessie Wayne and Martha Fern Leveritt, Philip was raised in The Village, Oklahoma, where he made many lifelong memories and friendships.
A proud graduate of John Marshall High School, Philip had a lifelong love of motorcycles, fishing, and music. He spent much of his career working at B&B, running his own business, and afterwards he continued his career at A-Z Auto Parts, where he was known not only for his mechanical know-how but also for his work ethic, listening to others and good humor.
Philip was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Judy. He is survived by his loving significant other, Janell Miller; his son Jesse Leveritt and wife Randah; his stepdaughter Amie Seaman and her husband Michael; his cherished grandchildren Abigail and Haley Leveritt, Maddie and Dannika Seaman; and his great-granddaughter Maggie Petersen. He also leaves behind many dear friends who will miss him greatly.
A viewing will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m., both at the funeral home.
Philip’s kindness, sense of humor, and deep love for his family will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
