He was a graduate of the Northwest Classen Knights Class of 1969 where he loved playing football. He also spent his youth with many special friends and coaches playing football for the Tower Toppers.
Randy loved to work with his hands and was considered by many to be a master carpenter. He enjoyed many years working with his best friend, his papaw, Elmer Cooper.
He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Molly Emerson. He is survived by sisters, Candy Bosnyak and Jill Langston & husband Ken; daughters: Maggie Conell & husband Joey, Abby Emerson & partner Thomas Hines, and Annie, Casey, and Julie Emerson; grandchildren: David Reed, Caden Nichols, Madelynn and Jackson Conell, and Greenley Hines; and many cousins, nephews, and nieces.
The family would like to thank Randy’s friends Brett & Robbie Bernethy for their love and care the last few weeks.
Visitation will be 12pm-5pm, Thursday, at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 10am, Friday, Sept. 13, 2013 at Memorial Park Cemetery.
