Sandy, born March 14, 1947 in Lima, Ohio, passed away on June 5, 2025, after a long battle with lung cancer. Sandy moved to Oklahoma in 1980 and restarted her career as a Real Estate Broker, which she continued for another 45 years, founding Sandy Ditto and Associates, Inc. in 1998.
Sandy married Steve Ditto on Valentine’s Day, 1984, after giving in to two years of his persistence and a few hundred red roses. Together, the Ditto's lived 21 years in Midwest City, before relocating to Edmond in 2005. Sandy dearly loved her children, grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Sandy delighted in cooking big meals for her family during the holidays and on Sundays. Despite her illness, Sandy’s greatest concern was Steve’s comfort and not wanting to leave him with any burden.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Steve, of the home; her children, Nick and wife Dana Trevino of Nassau Bay, TX, Mike Trevino of Edmond, OK, Julie and husband Dr. John Sparks of Moore, OK; grandchildren, Abby and husband Tanner Van Auken, Dom Trevino, Max Trevino, Matt Trevino, Jonathan Trevino, Charly Trevino, Jana Sparks, Josie Sparks; and great grandchild, Anya Van Auken.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation, Friday, June 13, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 13313 North Kelley, Oklahoma City, OK 73131. Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM also at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
