Sandra Faye Fortier

Sandra Faye Fortier, aged 73, passed away on June 23, 2025, in Oklahoma City, OK. Born on June 25, 1951, Sandra dedicated her life to caring for others, both in her professional role as a Respiratory Therapist at Deaconess Hospital and in her personal life as a loving, dedicated homemaker.

Sandra was the cherished mother of Tim and Lori St.John, and a proud grandmother to Teagan, Colby, Logan St.John, and Harlow Ulmer. She is also survived by her sister, Donna Eastwood, and several nieces and nephews. Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffrey Fortier; her parents, Eugene and Ida B. Chapman; brothers Alton, Gary, and John Chapman; sisters Patricia Duffee and Bobbie Reid; and nieces Sheila Robinson and Sherry Peyton.

Throughout her life, Sandra had a profound impact on her family and community, always placing a strong emphasis on spending quality time with her loved ones. Her nurturing spirit and dedication to her family were evident in every aspect of her life.
