Sean Ingvard Ashby

Sean was born on June 27, 1974, in Huntington Beach, California, to Dean and Birthe Ashby, who have both preceded him in death.

Sean graduated from Putnam City High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Design from the University of Central Oklahoma. He was incredibly gifted and talented in the arts, specifically illustration and fine arts. Sean had a career as a graphic designer and illustrator, contributing his skills to Visual Image Advertising, Funnel Design Group, and Mercury Printing.

Sean was married to Amy R. Zimmerman from January 2001 to December 2012. Together, they had two children, Aidan S. Ashby, 18, and Sophia R. Ashby, 14, both of whom he loved very much.

Beyond his professional achievements, Sean had a deep passion for martial arts, particularly Judo and Aikido. He had a long affiliation with the Windsong Dojo, where he found a second family among his fellow practitioners.

Sean is survived by his children, Aidan and Sophia, and his brothers, Scott Ashby, Duane Ashby, Mark Ashby, and Paul Ashby. He will be remembered for his creativity, dedication, and the love he shared for his family and friends.
