

She was 81 years old from Orlando, Florida who was Born in Puerto Rico, May 12, 1943 and passed away December 24, 2024.
She was married to her loving husband, Jerry Martin for 41 years together, they built a beautiful life together. They worked diligently with each other sometimes day and night and created an environment tailored to faith, family and love.
She is survived by her three daughters: Michele ODell, Natalie Rosario and Nicole Martin and her son Tony Martin. Her sisters and bothers: Elba Ayala, Isabel Carmona, Lourdes Gomez, Dolores Rodriguez,
Valentin Ayala, Joseph Ayala, Cookie Marquez, Judith Covington, Paul Ayala and her 7 Grand Children and 6 Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in Death by her first husband Diego Rosario and her two sons Keith and Richard
She was a real estate broker/icon well known for orchestrating and assembling projects such as the Orlando Arena, the Federal Courthouse, the Orlando City, soccer stadium, the FAMU school of law, Parramore K-8 school and many many more. To say she has changed the landscape of Orlando is an understatement. She was chosen by the mayor to sit on the Downtown Development Board she was the chairperson of the Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation and she sat on Orlando's code enforcement board for many years.
She had a passion for improving and preserving not only properties but every aspect of her life and society as a whole.
