She was born in Bell Island, Newfoundland, Canada on April 24th, 1934. Frances graduated from high school. She was married to Arthur Raul DaSilva on January 14th, 1956. Frances was a wife and homemaker.
She had a passion for her family and devoted her life to them. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur, and son, David. She is survived by sons, Arthur (Trish), Ronald (Mary), William (Elizabeth), Michael (Jennifer) and Richard (Shannon), as well as, 15 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service for Frances will be held Sunday, June 25, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Chapel Hill Cemetery, 2400 HARRELL RD, ORLANDO, FL 32817.
