Carol Jean (nee Rust) and Lloyd Frederick Mooney, recently of Phoenix, Arizona, previously of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away on November 18, 2022, and December 9, 2023, respectively, from natural causes.
A visitation will be held at McGilley & Hoge Johnson County Memorial Chapel, 8024 Santa Fe Drive, Overland Park, KS from 2-4pm on Friday, February 2, 2024. Graveside services will be on Saturday, February 3, 2024, for family and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to KJC CP Foundation, 725 Woofter Ave, Colby, KS, 67701.
They were preceded in death by their son, Jeffery Alan, on October 5, 1982. Survivors include their son, Brian (Tammy) and daughter Stephanie (Scott), and 6 grandchildren.
