Carol was a faithful wife to Daniel Sustrick for over 50 years and a devoted mother to her three boys, Dan, Mike, and Greg. She loved being a grandmother to her granddaughter, Jessica, and grandson, Joseph.
Carol dedicated her career to education as a college teacher of Medical Records Technology. She had a passion for gardening, antiques, and knitting, which brought her joy throughout her life.
She is survived by her sons, Dan and Mike (Maricel) Sustrick; daughter in love, Linda Treece; and her beloved grandchildren, Jessica and Joseph. Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel, and her son, Greg.
A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, March 1st, 2025 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Overland Park, Kansas, visitation will be from 10:00 am - 10:30 am prior to the service. Entombment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Lenexa, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
