He passed away at his home due to cardiac medical complications. He was accompanied by his family. May he rest in peace as he joins his brother, mother, and the rest of his departed family in Heaven.
Tony was a brother, son and most importantly a father to his two kids Evita and Emilio. He was also a very talented artist and loved to paint abstract pieces in his home. Not only did he paint abstracts, but he also painted murals in the homes of private customers. Tony was very active and enjoyed biking and running. He loved spending time in nature and listening to music. He raised his kids to know the classics and all about the history of artists, especially in the 70’s.
Tony came from a humble Mexican family, he was the third of 6 six children (Lucia, Alfonso, Maria Luisa, Rosa, Sara, and Carmen). His mother and father worked together in the music industry, his mother, a singer, and his father an audio technician/song writer. At an early age he enjoyed his time playing soccer as a “goliador,” (the one who always scored) and took the local team to the national championship. At the age of 15, he came with his family to the United States, and he worked beside his father at a framing company called Gallop Map Company. There he learned the skill of carpentry and was able to use his creative mind to design and make elaborate frames. He later worked side by side with his brother, Alfonso Zaldivar and they established a home improvement company called Zaldivar Home Improvements.
Around the age of 40 he met his ex-wife, Pascale, and they had two children, Evita, and Emilio. Tony was a fun-loving dad who took his kids to the zoo, museums, and loved to build and create things with his children. He was a beloved father and instilled in them the virtue of generosity, humbleness and most importantly self-lessness.
He survived by his children, Evita (24), Emilio (21) and four sisters. Tony leaves behind love and memories we will never forget. Everyone who met him was left with such a light in their hearts.
