Lois A. Fulps

Lois A. (Carpenter) Fulps, age 93, of Shawnee, Kansas passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024 at Glenwood Village of Overland Park. Private family graveside service in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Olathe, Kansas.

Lois was born on November 20, 1930 in Oskaloosa, Missouri. She married Ray Fulps on December 6, 1946. She worked for JC Penney as an accountant. Lois loved traveling, shopping, playing bingo, working in her yard and getting together with friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ray Fulps on October 4, 1992; her parents, John and Gertrude Carpenter; her siblings, Clyde Carpenter, Clifford Carpenter, Bob Carpenter and Dorothy Jerome.

Lois is survived by her son, Steven Fulps and his wife, Karla; her grandson, Chad Fulps and his wife, Kristin; her three great granddaughters, Allyse Fulps, Aubree Fulps and Addilyn Fulps; and several nephews and nieces.
