Robert J. John

Robert J. John, 87, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away peacefully on July 3, 2018. He was born April 2, 1931 in Merriam, Kansas to Delores and Russell John. Robert was a long-time resident of Overland Park and Turner. He was a graduate of Turner High School. Following high school, he joined the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara E. John. He is survived by his sons, Steven R. John of South Dakota and Jeffery M. John and wife, Alli, of Georgia; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Robert lived life to the fullest and will be deeply missed by his loving family. No services are scheduled at this time.
