Tommy, I just found out this morning....you were such a great guy. Why did this have to happen. I am in tears right now in bed. I always thought of you as "a true friend." You did so many kind and generous things for me and so many others. I will miss ya buddy. See you again someday my man. --RIP--

Tommy was such a neat young man. He would come in our office with a smile and take a few minutes out of his busy life to visit with us. Our hearts are filled with sadness as this vibrant life was taken too early. Our prayers and thoughts are with his family.

My son and I used to watch all of the guys drive fast up and down the road while playing at the old smiley's golf course. Although we never had the privledge to have met your son in person my son would always say....."look at those cool guys...I'm gonna go fast one day and I'm gonna build things that make it happen just like they do...they must feel really free!" That comes from an 8yr old who begged to ride his scooter everyday...just to catch a glimpse of those awesome guys havin fun, making things go fast and loud. It brought a smile on his face that he has been without for so long....Let god help you in your loss and know that your son touched another little boy in the smallest of ways but gave him the hope for " feeling free" .

   You are all in my thoughts and prayers as you deal with Tommy' sudden and unexpected death.  The Lord knows the pain of loss you are dealing with and wants to bring the healing that only He can do to each one of you.  I was in Oklahoma City working for the Bishop there and could not be with you at the wake/funeral.  But be assured that I have joined my prayers to all of yours, trusting that the Lord will help us find our way through the darkness of these days.  Tommy is prayed for as he gives an accounting of his life to the Giver of all life.

Ted & Sara, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your son Thomas. After reading the news in the KC Star I was very saddened by what had happened. I know that we are all put on earth for a certain time and for a reason, but it is never understood why death can happen at such a young age. Tommy, well it’s been 4 years going on 5 since we met.. Things started off a little rough at first, but in no time we were best buds.  Us together were nothing but trouble, but I wouldn’t have picked anyone else in the world to be my partner in crime.  You were always there for me, saving my butt countless times literally saving me.  You could always make me smile no matter what or (should i say have me  busting up laughing),always talking me into to taking those chances in life.  You were my co worker, my manager and of course my bestie.  You took me on my first motorcycle ride; you taught me how to drive a tow truck... ooops sorry Kupchin,  you took me to rock bar for the first time on my first time being single on valentines day~ and showed me the best time ever! Oh yea and our float trip on the forth of July last year... never will forget it. I could go on for days… you were all about showing one how to live and to enjoy it.  Never in a million years, after all our wonderful memories would I picture me posting this to your obit.  You will be missed and loved and never forgotten by so many of us. Im in shock that your gone. I cant even look at your facebook because its just too hard to try to accept that this happened. How could this happen? Your such an awesome person. And I am so grateful that our path's crossed and we have shared some memories. Its not fair that your gone and it breaks my heart. But thank you for the times we had and they can never be replaced. You will always be missed.

To all of the ones that loved Tommy as I did. I will miss him as you all do.. Tommy was such a light in this world, I loved when he came over to eat with such gusto!! He loved to eat!! I always thought to call him and tell him food would be ready. The plates he would make "WOW" I will always remember the night I took him to Touche's to look for Cougars...
