Andree-Paule Kiernan, 91, of Winter Park, Florida, passed away on January 10, 2023. She was born on December 19, 1931and grew up in Bordeaux, France. She received her baccalaureate and graduated from secretary school in Bordeaux. She worked as a legal secretary until she married Lt. Colonel Thomas Aquinas Kiernan from New York, on July 23, 1959. Andree had a passion for French culture and art. She wrote numerous poems throughout her life and loved to draw. She is survived by her daughter, Dr. Denise Rose Stevens, her son-in-law, Jim Stevens, her grandson Adrian-Thomas Kostic, and granddaughter-in-law, Sanne Siska. Burial will be followed at the Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C., at a later date.
A visitation for Andree will be held Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Baldwin-Fairchild Oviedo, 501 E Mitchell Hammock Rd, Oviedo, Florida 32765. A funeral service will occur Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 501 E Mitchell Hammock Rd, Oviedo, Florida 32765. A reception will occur Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 501 E Mitchell Hammock Rd, Oviedo, Florida 32765.
