Erin Loretta Martin was born on December 17th, 2015 at 5:52pm. She was 8 pounds 4.3 ounces and 21 inches long- half the height of her older sister Emily! Erin shared a birthday with her paternal grandfather Miguel Lazaro Martin which will forever be a very special day to us all. We loved Erin long before she was born and she was absolutely beautiful. She had her daddy's chin and ears and her mommy's big cheeks. She had a perfect little nose, toes and lips. Erin looked like an angel from the start. God allowed her to be with us for five days and we are so grateful that we got to meet her, look at her, hold her, sing to her, read a book to her, and above all else, love her. Erin passed on December 22nd, 2015 shortly after 6:00pm. While our hearts are heavy and we have a hole that will never be mended, we find comfort knowing that Erin is in a beautiful place where she will never know pain, discomfort or sorrow. Erin is now our guardian angel watching over us all. Family is forever she will be with us always. We do not say goodbye; rather, until we meet again... Erin Loretta Martin is survived by her father Miguel Antonio Martin, her mother Melissa JoAnne Martin, her big sister Emily Anne Martin, all four grandparents Miguel & Debra Martin and Robert & Patricia Lamkay, great grandparents Inmaculada Martin and Peter & Lorna Palmblad, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Erin is surrounded with loving family members on both her fathers and mothers side in heaven. Fathers side: Miguel Martin-Rodriguez, Charles & Alma Helmick, Charles Helmick, Jr., Bruce Helmick, Michael Helmick, and Frank Pleasant. Mothers side: Alan & Suzanne Lamkay, JoAnne Palmblad, Peter Palmblad, Jr., Joseph Palmblad, and John Palmblad. Erin Loretta Martin will be laid to rest at All Faiths Cemetery in Casselberry, FL under a beautiful oak tree where her parents will later join her. If friends and family prefer to help out with medical expenses in lieu of flowers, Miguel and Melissa Martin have set up a Chase savings account that you may donate to. The Prayer by David Archuletta http://youtu.be/8DRLmrboGK4 Silent Child by Kelly Lancor My silent child Our precious baby, Close to my heart I'll keep you with me. An important job God has for you, There is love to give And work to do. He needs an angel Strong but small, To shine light on many And give love to all. Before you go I give you this, Half my heart And one last kiss. We'll miss you dearly That we know, But by God you were chosen So to Heaven You must go. "If ever there is tomorrow when we're not together.. there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we're apart.. I'll always be with you." Winnie The Pooh, A.A. Milne
