Mrs. Pecosini,
This is Shallamar your photo girl from Walgreens.  Oh not sure if this message will reach you.  Years later if only I would have searched through stuff sooner I could have seen Mr. Jon Pecosini.  I came to finding the letter written to corporate and I called the number sent you a FB Message after I reached out after typing name saw loss I instantly broke 💔 down said why couldn't I have found this letter sooner, the sweetest memories I can see his smile and hear his strong Chicago accent he did love his Chicago Bears but loved bragging about my NY Giants Yankees Knicks and Rangers.  A beautiful soul and his wife Teri happy smiles chat up. My deepest condolences 🙏 am hoping to reunite with you Teri.

John was a neighbor  and dear friend first for over 2 years and then became our bus driver for our after school program. He was amazing with the kids and they all loved him dearly. We will forever miss you John.

John was truly a kind hearted person who had a servants heart,,, I work at PARTIN Elementary school where John picked up students for the after-care facility in Oviedo where he worked.. He was so great with the kids,, @ was always  talking highly of his wife 💓,,,   He has been, & will continue to be greatly missed,,  Prayers go out to his family,,& all who knew John,,                          Sincere Condolences   🙏🏼  Terry 

We met Fireman John last year after I had just lost my husband and daughter. I had already become homebound from their deaths and then the pandemic hit and felt completely cut off from everyone.  He came by with milk and bread on several occasions and then boxes of food. It wasn't even the food that mattered but that I felt like someone cared and that he kept checking on us to see if we were ok that mattered the most. He soon developed a nice relationship with my son, who lost his father, so Fireman John kind of filled that part and he brought him donuts all the time but again the donuts didn't really matter, it was that he came by to say a few words to my son, offer some encouragement and put a smile on his face and that mattered a lot to him. Neddy would look forward to Fireman John coming by and knew exactly when he was coming back. Then he helped my daughter collect baby items for the new baby, Nathan. We were looking forward to Teri and John to finally hold Nathan after this pandemic was over but now that won't happen. Teri and John helped me feel human in the darkest period of my life and I will be forever grateful for them both. I am so sorry he is gone but he will not be forgotten. Just missed. 

Of all the fine human beings I have ever had the pleasure of meeting or knowing,  I would have to say John was among the very top of the list. 
He brought comfort to the sick, food and other things to those in need, and never asked for a thing in return. He helped anyone who needed it. He was an Angel in our midst. As is Teri, his wife. This hit me very hard,  as it has a good many.  Rest, Fine Warrior against suffering..You will never be forgotten

I will never be able to find the words to express how special John was to his community. You couldn't help but love John the minute you met him. He was full of love for everyone but especially for his family and neighbors. My deepest sympathy goes out to his beautiful wife Teri and all of his family. The world will not be the same without John in it.

Dearest Teri, 
John will always be @ your side & in your heart. He was such a nice man & his compassion, selflessness, & big heart for others will always shine on. We were honored to have met him.
We can all stop & listen & I know we will hear "YOU ROCK" coming from heaven.
