She’s survived by her Son Travis Kelley, Daughter Tracey Mattioli, Son-in-law Jason Mattioli, daughter-in-law Dina Kelley, Granddaughters Emma Mattioli, Sophia Mattioli and grandsons Michael Mattioli and Maxwell Kelley.

While she worked for the post office her fun was found being an entrepreneur owning a Health and Wellness store for 16 years. Wendy was known and loved by everyone who knew her. Her granddaughter Emma described her as determined, steadfast, strong-willed and loving. She was thoughtful, kind, generous and was a spicy Italian woman! “Nanny G.O.A.T” was always ready and willing to help friends and family in need.

Despite retiring from the post office she loved to work and kept her store open till the very end. Her most favorite activities were traveling in her RV, going bowling with her friend Lou Kelley and being a vendor at Renaissance festivals. Her “bird whistles” were a hit everywhere she went and she was always remembered for her wittiness.

A public visitation will be held at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, located at 501 E Mitchell Hammock Rd, Oviedo, FL 32765, on December 7, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

A Celebration of Life Service will follow at the same venue from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

A graveside service will take place at All Faiths Memorial Park Cemetery, Park Drive and, Casselberry, FL 32707, on December 7, 2025, from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
