Mary A. Freitas

December 27, 1932 – November 28, 2021

Mary A. Freitas, a native of the Azores, passed away at the age of 88. She worked in the Garden Shop of Holman’s in Pacific Grove for fourteen years.

Mary enjoyed gardening, arts and crafts and knitting. She loved to go camping and spending time with her family and friends.

Mary is survived by her children, Teresa, Linda, Eddie, Marlene and Colleen; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; her brothers, Mario and Manuel; her sister, Rose and many friends. Her husband, Edward Freitas, preceded her in death.

Visitation will take place at The Paul Mortuary Chapel tomorrow, Monday, December 6 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM with recitation of the Rosary at 6:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Angela Merici Church on Tuesday, December 7 followed by burial at El Carmelo Cemetery.

We will all miss her love. Rest in peace Mom.
