Herbert is survived by his beloved wife, Eileen Rutstein, and their children, Robert (Jeanne) Rutstein and Lisa (George) Tivy. He was a proud grandfather to Amber, Chloe (Jeff), Eric, and Rachel. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, Ruth Rutstein and Rhoda Gold, and his brother-in-law, Bert Gold.
Preceding him in death was his brother, Leonard Rutstein, his sister-in-law, Pam Gold, and his brother-in-law, Donald Gold.
A Funeral and Committal service will be held on January 9, 2026, at IJ Morris at Star of David of the Palm Beaches, located at 9321 Memorial Park Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33412, at 12:00 pm.
