Jane you were a great person and fun to be around. The short time I knew you it felt as if we were family. You are missed dearly. To the family my condolences. I really got to know Jane while working at the screening table together during the start of the pandemic.  Always patient focused! She was a sharp, hardworking, kind and beautiful soul. 
She loved her boys.!!!  She and I would go on and on about our boys. 
She loved her family! She loved being a team player! 
I missed her when she left One Community Health and I knew she was going forward for the sake of her family.  I pray healing and peace for those of us who knew her.

I am saddened to hear of your passing, you were so kind to all of our patients here in Sacramento, CA. We would sit together often in the COVID screening table and talk about food, glasses, and talking about how to improve patients eating habits.  May you rest in comfort knowing you made a positive impact in this world helping so many. 

At my beasties house on her birthday. We had so much fun. She was packing for Florida. I just miss you. We talked most Sundays. I appreciate your kindness. Your support. I cherish you ♥️ until we meet again. Love you sis

My boss at One Community Health, colleague, but most importantly my friend. There are so many things I want to share, I am in shock, so sad, and heartbroken to hear about your passing. I can't believe it, we just talked on the phone a few months ago and I was going to visit you in your new home in Florida and go to Disney World. We were still suppose to find you a boyfriend so that he could take care of you as you grew older. I was suppose to call you once I got back from my traveling adventures so I can update you on my business and my travels. I am so sad. 
Jane, I am so thankful you were a part of my life. A soul so selfless, and advocate for those you loved. You made me feel loved me,  respected, valued, and supported me in any way you could. I remember when I first told you I was starting my business, you were my number #1 supporter. When I told you about my anxiety, you never hesitated to be flexible. You found my sister's dog for us, Camilia, who has brought so much joy into our lives. You always found ways to help those you loved, your family, friends, and patients. You were one of the most patient-centered providers I have ever encountered. You were their number one advocate as well. You fought tirelessly for what you believed in, and I always admired you for that. Thank you for being you. Some fun memories I'll never forget are, although you didn't want me to, I remember you miraculously let me set you up a dating profile, yay! But then you immediately took it down in two days because you were too anxious to date LOL But we had so much fun.  I will cherish our gossip sessions in our nutrition offices, and our walks around Sacramento. Countless memories, that I will forever cherish. Jane mailed me these beautiful flowers as soon as she found out I was speaking at our annual nutrition conference, which I was terrified and absolutely nervous. But Jane was always so supportive and my number 1 cheerleader. Jane was one of the most generous, thoughtful, and kind humans I have ever met. She was always supporting her loved ones both professionally and personally. Jane, I am heart broken. But I will always cherish our memories. You always got me the cutest gifts, flowers, skirts, earrings. You were always so stylish. Love you and I will miss you my friend. 

I have no words, in shock to walk in to work and read this sad news, it makes me so sad to find out about your passing miss Jane, you where such a wonderful person very caring and supportive, you where my to go person when I needed help or just wanted to chat. My condolence to the family, may God give them strength to go through this difficult time you will be truly missed by many, Fly high miss jane. 

So many loving memories of my best friend Jane.  We were hired at OCH at the exact same time. I was so lucky to know Jane. Such a beautiful person who took pride in serving the undeserved. I was in a meeting with Jane and a company who was trying to gain referrals from us. The program was not a good fit and Jane made sure to let them know without hesitation that the program was not fit for the homeless and low income patients. She loved and believed in her work. She worked the covid screening table during times where workers were afraid of the risk. Not Jane. She put the patients first always. I'm so proud of you Jane.  The picture is a night Jane planned for our fun. Wigs and Wine. So many beautiful memories to cherish. Thank you for always doing the right thing with such integrity. I’m saddened to hear of Jane’s sudden passing. I got to know her when she joined our clinic in Sac. She was very passionate about helping patients diabetes and my patients spoke very highly of her care. 

An early riser I remember she was one of the most constant volunteers working our COVID screening table at the start of the pandemic. 

She was always so sweet to check in on me when so was pregnant and I’ll remember her fondly. 

My thoughts and prayers to everyone grieving 
her loss. May her spirit carry on in those whose hearts she touched. 



Jane was an amazing coworker, who was patient centered and kind.  She was also a heck of a lot of fun to hang out with. I missed her when she left Sacramento, and I am heartbroken to hear she has passed.  All my love to her friends and family. Jane was a special light in the world, she'll be missed. 

I’ll always remember Jane as very loving kind  person ,  at Clinic I went this how I met  her , she was great at her job helping us get better and getting healthier , because of her I learn take better care of myself , she took time get know you , I was truly blessed to have her in my life , I’ll never forget her , my Condolences to Mom sons and family , rest with Angels

Jane and I worked  in Sacramento same clinic.  I am sad to learn about her passing she was a wonderful soul she made a difference for many.  RIP till we meet again. 

I'm so saddened to hear of the loss of such a beautiful human and soul. I learned so much from Jane in how she approached life and helping others. She was selfless, and often put her family, her team and her patients at the forefront and sought ways to to continuously uplift/support others.

I hope to be able to carry on her memory and all she has taught me and to reflect on my purpose.

I just found out yesterday of Jane's passing, we worked together in Sacramento at the same clinic, she helped me understand my health issues and how to manage them thru diet, she was a wonderful person and friend. RIP Jane.
