Philip F. Hess 92 of West Palm Beach, Florida a 30 year resident formerly of Long Island, New York passed away Monday, February 4, 2013. Philip is pre-deceased by his wife Marcia Hess. He is survived by his daughters, Janet (Stephen) Karpf and Debra Wenk; grandchildren Jeffrey (Stephanie) Karpf and Amy Karpf; great-grandchildren Jonah and Rosalie Karpf. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 1:30pm at the Star of David Cemetery of the Palm Beaches, West Palm Beach, Florida In Lieu of Flowers donations may be offered to a charity of your choice in Philip’s honor.
