Rachel was born in Curaçao, in the Netherlands Antilles. She was the beloved daughter of Janchel ("Jan") and Miriam Groisman, the beloved wife of Emanuel ("Manny") Tenenbaum (deceased), and was also predeceased by her sister, Lea Taytelbaum.
Rachel is survived by her sons, Cary Tenenbaum (and his fiancé, Michelle) and Mark Tenenbaum (and his wife, Marilyn); her granddaughters, Sara Tenenbaum, Alison Tenenbaum, and Jan Baillargeon (and her husband, Stan); as well as her great-granddaughters, Madeline Grace Baillargeon and Annabelle Rose.
A funeral service will be held on December 29, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at IJ Morris at Star of David of the Palm Beaches, located at 9321 Memorial Park Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33412.
