Sara Devitz Brodsky Jacoby 96 of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 4, 2013. Sara was born in New York City August 31, 1917. She is pre-deceased by her first husband Jerome L. Jacoby, MD, her second husband Charles Brodsky and her son Steve R. Jacoby, DDS. Sara is survived by her son Mel S. (Sandra) Jacoby; daughter in law Carroll Jacoby; grandchildren Robert M. (Mindy) Jacoby, Michele Weinger, Julie (Philip) Sallick, and David (Julie) Jacoby; three great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 12:00noon at Schwartz Brothers Funeral Chapel 114-03 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375. Burial will follow at Beth David Cemetery in Elmont, NY.
