Shirley is survived by her son Allan (Kay Matschullat) Arffa and her daughter Bonnie (Tim) Perman; her sister Susan Schernwetter, her grandchildren Rachel (Matt Yang) Arffa-Yang, Lauren (David Laniewski) Arffa, Matthew (Valdone) Arffa, Kathryn (Cory Creagan) Arffa, Leslie (Samir Doshi) Arffa, Travis and Natalie, her step grandchildren Tom and Alastair Perman, her great grandchildren Raisa, Iliana, Harper and Raphael.
Shirley was preceded in death by her son Dr. Robert Arffa.
