Betty Rosalie Hibbits Barnes

Betty Rosalie Barnes, 70, passed away on April 12, 2013 in Webster, Texas. She was born on January 4, 1943 in Esther, Missouri to Harvey William and Velma Hopkins Hibbits. She was preceded in death by her parents; in-laws, Marvin M. and Irene L. Barnes; sister, Shirley May Brotherton; brother, William Gordon Hibbits; brother-in-law, Marvin and his wife, Carol Barnes; nephews, William Joseph Bollinger, Kevin Lee Barnes and John Andrew Scott. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Walter Lee Barnes; children, Deborah Ann Barnes, Susan Kay Barnes and Jeffrey Scott Barnes and wife Dawn; grandchildren Hannah Liann Barnes and Amiri Ali; sisters, Elizabeth and husband Charles Alexander, Margaret Graves, Glenda Daves, Karen and husband Eddie Wideman and Dianna Parmer; sister-in-law, Earl and Helen Scott; brothers-in-law, Emmett and LaNell Barnes and Robert and Venieta Barnes; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was loved by all and she will be dearly missed. Family will receive friends on Monday, April 15, 2013 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Grand View Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home with Interment to follow in Grand View Memorial Park.
