Billie Ann was the most courageous person I have ever known.  My condolences to her sons and family.  We both went to North Shore, but were never really close friends.  I met up with her only a few years ago through FB.  She actually called me one night and we talked for an hour (mostly her)!  I decided then that I had missed out on being a close friend of hers for all those years.  And imagine my surprise when I found out that she worked with my Dad, Eddie Donnelly, at Shell!  He thought a lot of Billie Ann!  I hope she runs into him in Heaven!  He will love seeing her again!

Aunt Hay is a one of a kind!!  An amzaing lady who will be greatly missed by all that knew her.  My heart goes out to her boys, her sisters and all her dear friends.  I pray for peace for each of you and strength to get through this rough time.  You know she is in Heaven looking down watching over her loved ones.

My best memories of Billie Ann are mostly in school.  I also remember being across the street from her house on Emporia (at Karen Perkins house) watching her practice twirling.  She was really good.  She will be missed alot but know that, there was a huge celebration in Heaven when she arrived.

Billie Ann - You would have been so proud of your Memorial Service; it was all "about you" and so many friends and family were there to say goodbye and send you off to a place that knows no pain.  God Bless You.  I enjoyed working with you at Shell and even though you were unable to teach me how to play "Alchemy", I still love ya.  Please tell my Mother and Daddy hello for me and that I miss them so much.

I had the priviledge of working with Billie for about 20 years in the Maintenance Department, she and Phyllis Casseday were very dear friends of mine.

May God protect the family and friends of us LEFT BEHIND.  The memorial in honor of Billie was beautiful today, and Billie will be greatly missed.

Billie Ann will be missed terribly.  She was a natural born leader who also had a wonderful sense of humor.  There was nothing false about Billie.  She always let you know how she felt about things.  She was loved by many and will continue to be loved by many.  She is now present with the Lord, and I am sure she is loving every minute of it.  I pray for peace and comfort for the family as they go through this tough adjustment.  As for Billie, she is going to be fine.

What a sad time. She will be missed. May the blessing of our Lord Jesus Christ rest on all those that knew and loved her.

Billie was such a sweet person....I was blessed to have her in my life, I'll always remember all the good times we shared together!....She was my mother-n-law at one time,...but over the years she became my friend, thanks for being a great friend and wonderful grandmother to Dillon!....I'll always love you (MOM)!!!

It was my pleasure and privilege to have had Billie Ann as a classmate from childhood through high school at North Shore.  I hope and pray your great sorrow may be assuaged by the certain knowledge that she was dearly loved by all who knew her and she made a difference in our lives.

When we look up into the sky at night, we see the stars.  Perhaps the are not stars at all, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy.  They will suffer no more.

Paul and Chris, I will keep you in my prayers - my deepest sympathy is with you in your time of sorrow.  Your mother was a strong woman, and I admired her for the good battle she put up in her fight against this awful disease!

Dillon, my sweet boy, I love you so much and I'm so proud of you.  You have become such a wonderful young man.  I know you will miss your Mee Maw so much, just know how much she loved you and that she will always be with you in your heart.

The first time I met  Billie I was  18 yrs old ( 30 years ago ) ,  My mother had  became  very ill ,  I was out  of  town working on a shutdown .  I rushed home worried, little did I know my mom had some new friends Billie and Phyllis from shell oil where she had just started working as a temp not two weeks on the job. 
       I walked through our front door Billie was in the kitchen cooking roast, potatoes, ex.  And Phyllis was sitting on the couch folding laundry; my mom was in bed resting. I had  never laid eyes on them before in my life ,  Who are these  women in my house ( angels ) the words unselfish , caring , empathy , putting others before themselves , come to mind , needless to say I moved to tears .  Don't make them like that anymore.  We all became instance friends and extended family. 
5 years later I began my job at shell oil , over the years we shared  many softball games , camping trips , bbqs ,  nary a time did I ever look upon her infectious  smile not think about the first time we met , First Phyllis  , then my mom , now Billie all taken from us by the bid C .  
  Angels do live among us I have seen them and feel blessed that they graced my life.

Billie Ann will be missed.   God bless all of the family at this sad time.

She was a very sweet lady I had the privilege of knowing when I worked at Shell.  I know she will be sorely missed.  I wish her family the most comfort at this difficult time.

She will be missed......every time I saw her she reminded me we had the same birthday (Dec. 7th).  Since I was 2 years older, she was quick to let me know I was much older than her....................one of a kind.  Danny, D.J. and I are sorry for your and the family's loss.

Thank you Billie Daniel for taking me, as a new hire, under your wing as Shell Security Department Secretary in the mid-seventies and as recently as stopping by to check on me (how I fared on the Trinity Bay Shoreline)shortly after Hurricane Ike. Your visit was truly appreciated and most positive although you had apparently fared much worse than myself in the storm. Thanks again Billie for caring!

Chris, Paul and Danny and the rest of the family. This is such a sad time for everyone. My prayers are with you all. Billie was such a well liked and adored woman. And such a great grandmother to our grandson Dillon. He loved her so much. I will always remember her smile and loving to go to the casino's and I will always cherish the last two visits with her in the hospital we had such a good laugh. And her loving her popsicles I had given her. She will be greatly missed by all. She is at peace now and such a courageous woman she was. Will miss you Billie Ann. My heart is sad for you all of you.

I worked with Billie out at Shell and I can tell you she was very well thought of. Those maintenance men towed the line when she said "jump", they said "how high".  I imagine many of those tough "bubbas" had tears in their eyes when they heard of her passing.  God Bless.
