Bonnie Jean McKissick, 77, passed away on August 12, 2012 in Pasadena, Texas. She was born on July 10, 1935 to Thomas and Lilly Mae Crews in Teague, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James McKissick; 2 sons, David Scott McKissick and Michael Howard McKissick and 3 sisters. She is survived by her children, Lisa Morton and husband Steve, James Martin McKissick, Jr. and wife Karri, Debra Barnett and husband Robert, Jinjr Peavy and husband Gordon, and Robyn Gordon and husband Robert; grandchildren, Stacie Morton, Chris Peavy, Aimee Morton, Holly Yaple, Jordan Moses, Lindsey Conway, Betty Jean McKissick, Bonney Davis, Sarah Moses, Maci McKissick and Megyn Gordon; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers; 5 sisters and numerous loving family members and friends. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Grand View Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home.
