Carolyn Jean Davis Daley, of Pasadena, TX, left this world on January 9, 2012. She was born on May 2, 1951, in New Gulf, TX and grew up in Bay City, TX. Carolyn is preceded in death by her brother, Daniel Curtis Davis; mother, Roxie Marlene Miller and father, Curtis Orville Davis. She is survived by her husband, Glenn Daley; daughters, Dana Carol Pelata and Angela Marlene Banks and husband David Lee; son, Bryan Daniel Daley and wife Jan Marie; grandchildren, Bailey Marie Pelata, Justin Noel Wieland, Samantha May Sheldon, Garrett Lee Russell, Logan Alexander Pelata, Gavin Conner Banks, Quintan Ray Daley and Miranda Marlene Banks.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 13, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Grand View Funeral Home. Services will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow on Saturday, January 14, 2012, at 2:30 p.m. at Rose Lawn Cemetery, FM 2540, Van Vleck, TX 77482.
She was a good wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed.
