I have many wonderful memories of Aunt Charlotte. She always made me and those around her feel very special. Her smile and wry sense of humor would always light up the room. Lance, Lana, Leslie, Lon Ray, Please know that we are thniking of you and wish we could be with you to celebrate your Mom's life and somehow help comfort you in her passing. Terry & Kathy Thorson

My condolences to all of Charlotte's family.  My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.  I have fond memories of Charlotte that go way back to my childhood. As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

It is always tough to see a loved one leave us. Aunt Charlotte will be missed greatly. I have memories of her and Loretta Thorson, my grandmother. Let us not forget her spirit. God Bless our families.

We always loved Aunt Charlotte's visits to Sioux Falls when I was growing up.  She always made an effort to come back to visit family.  I wish I could be there with all of you to say good bye for now to Charlotte.  It's only for a little while that we won't see her. Because of Jesus, we will see her again.

To Darilyn Sue and family, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss.  I know you loved your Grandma, from the way you spoke of her.  I wish your family comfort in your time of sorrow.  May God be with you, and your family, and Bless you.  Love ya!! AnGeL (From AoL)

To the family of my dear Aunt Charlotte, please accept our thoughts and prayers for you in the passing of your mother.  I echo the thoughts of my brother, Clifford, about Charlotte's strength and faith. She characterized so well the resolute toughness of her brothers and sisters.  After all, she was a Neuberger.  I remember well our visits to Pasadena to visit our "exotic" cousins with the interesting accent, and stepping into a home in Texas that heralded a matriarch who looked and talked much like my South Dakota relatives!   No matter where we could visit her, it was a genuine pleasure to be around her.  As someone said "to live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die." Dear Lance, Lana, Leslie, Lon and family members,

    On behalf of our families(Marlow Neuberger,Mark and Debbie Neuberger, Candy Watzek family,Kathy and Marc Manderscheid family) I am writing to let you know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. We pray that you will be comforted by the wonderful memories you have of your mother. We wish we could be with you  to help celebrate her life. We didn't get to visit often but always enjoyed her when we did. She was so  kind, easy going and had a fun sense of humor.

As a kid, I always wondered why my Aunt Charlotte and her family had an accent because I wanted one just like them. I so enjoyed our trips to Pasadena, Texas to see Aunt Charlotte and her family...even though it meant many elbows in the ribs by siblings in the backseat of that car.  It was all worth it. Aunt Charlotte reminded me of Elizabeth Taylor.I guess it was the hair, makeup and jewelry that stood out to me. What a classy lady she was! She was beautiful both inside and out! She even took us kids to her store Foley's. Wow. I will always remember those trips.  While I wish we could have seen you all more, the times we spent together are certainly memorable.  God Bless You, Charlotte.  You were one great lady!

On behalf of Loretta Thorson and Scott and Laurie Meyer -  Our prayers go out to all of Charlotte's family.  We wish we could be there to celebrate her life with you.  We have many wonderful memories of Charlotte, and she's touched all of our lives in so many special ways over the years.

I remember Aunt Charlotte as one who always put her family first and a woman of strong faith and convictions.  We can honor her memory by trying to live our lives by the example she gave us.  Thank you Aunt Charlotte for your example on how we should live.  You will be dearly missed.

On behalf of Harold and Mavis Neuberger, they send their thoughts and prayers to all of you.  They are not able to travel to be with you for Charlotte's funeral, but wanted you to know that they are thinking of you.    They said to tell you that they love Charlotte very much and will miss her dearly.

Dear Family:  you have been in my thoughts and prayers.  We will remember Aunt Charlotte in so many wonderful ways.  She will be dearly missed.

God saw her getting tired and a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around her, and whispered “Come to Me." With tearful eyes we watched her, we watched her fade away. Although we loved her dearly, we could not make her stay. A golden heart stopped beating, soft tender hands now rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best! 

To my precious Grandma, words cannot express how much I'll miss you.  You were an amazing woman & the bond that you & I shared was such a blessing to me.  Heaven has a new angel & is a sweeter place now that you're there.  I love you so much!
