He worked in the petrochemical industry for Oxy Chem for many years. He had a passion for cars, motorcycles, camping, and most of all he loved his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Peggy Holder of Corpus Christi, Texas.
He is survived by his son, Brian Holder, his wife Rene and their children, Abby and Sam Holder of Woodlands, Texas; daughter, Candace Campbell, her husband Dale and their daughter, Schyler Trevino of Clear Lake, Texas; brother, Steve Holder and his wife Elizabeth of Corpus Christi, Texas; companion, Sandra McClory of Deer Park, Texas; and many other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends 2:00pm to 3:00pm on Saturday, August 12, 2017 in the Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, Texas 77505. The Celebration of Life to follow at 3:00pm.
The family requests that all guests dress casual as was Mr. Holder's way.
