June was born in Mendota, Virginia on June 14,1927. June received her Registered Nursing degree at Providence School of Nursing in Waco, Texas in 1947, devoting her life to helping others.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Fred H. Berg, Jr., her mother Ada Barker Chastain and her stepfather Virgil Chastain.
She is survived by her, daughters Donna and her husband Kenneth Green, Deborah and her husband Carroll Lundin, and Diane Allred; her granddaughters, Kelley Morris and Ashley and her husband Jess Motter; and grandson, Matthew Morris and his wife Rebecca as well as two beautiful great grandson's Preston Jacob Morris and Bryce Austin Morris.
